Macbeth is the story of a man (Scottish general) encouraged to kill for power. After being told by three witches that he will be King of Scotland, Macbeth (with encouragement from his wife) kills the current king then becomes the King of Scotland. Macbeth then becomes paranoid and descends into madness, killing even more people along the way until Macbeth himself is killed.
