Stream English reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.

2. Account Registration

Stream English offers free account registration to access our educational content. Account creation indicates acceptance of these terms.

Account Features

  • Basic account creation is free
  • Email verification is optional but required for:
    • Course enrolment
    • Progress tracking
    • Premium content access
  • Users under 16 require parental consent
  • Stream English reserves the right to modify or terminate accounts at its discretion

3. User Responsibilities

4. Tutoring Services

Stream English tutoring services are provided by Mrs Wear for GCSE, KS3 and A Level students in English Literature and Language.

Service Terms

  • Tutoring sessions are scheduled at consistent weekly times
  • Schedule changes require 24 hours' notice from either party
  • No refunds after booking form submission
  • Grade outcomes are not guaranteed
  • Concord College current students are not eligible for tutoring services

Student Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions punctually
  • Complete assigned work
  • Use provided materials for personal study only
  • No distribution or reproduction of tutoring materials

Legal Notes

  • Stream English not liable for direct/indirect damages from tutoring services
  • Terms subject to change with notice

5. Digital Products

Our digital products include:

  • Educational resources and materials
  • Downloadable content
  • Study guides and worksheets

All products are provided in digital format for personal educational use only.

6. Purchases and Downloads

When purchasing digital products:

  • Each digital product can be downloaded up to 5 times
  • Download links are provided upon successful purchase
  • You are responsible for saving and backing up downloaded materials
  • Downloads are tracked in our system for verification purposes

7. Refund Policy

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
  • Refunds may be issued if our system confirms the product has not been downloaded or used
  • Tutoring services are non-refundable after booking form submission
  • Technical issues preventing download access will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials are for personal educational use only
  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling materials is strictly prohibited
  • You may not modify or create derivative works from our materials
  • Tutoring session materials must not be distributed or reproduced

9. Limitations and Restrictions

  • Downloads are limited to 5 attempts per purchase
  • Multiple downloads do not constitute multiple licenses
  • Access may be revoked if terms are violated
  • Stream English is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
